Rooms are cramped with dated decor!!! Wi-Fi connectivity is unreliable, causing frustration!!! Unpleasant odors in certain rooms detract from comfort!!! Toilets take ages to refill, adding to the annoyances of a stay!!!

The internet kept dropping while my room felt cramped and outdated.

I stayed for 4 nights in a Double Room. The staff were super helpful and even made me Italian coffee upon arrival. Daily cleaning kept everything fresh, and the breakfast had great pastries and warm items. Perfect location close to the Lambrate metro, making it easy to explore. ☕️

i had the misfortune of staying here, where the shower resembled a sardine can. i also heard everything through the walls, but the staff acted like i was just another guest. a small upgrade or complimentary breakfast would have been the least they could do to make up for the cramped misery. unfathomable, really.

Had a great time with friends! The hotel was super close to the metro and had a fantastic breakfast, perfect for starting our day. We visited QC Termemilano and Acquatica Park, both excellent spots to unwind. The staff were friendly and really helpful throughout our stay. The cleaning staff kept our rooms fresh and tidy every day. Definitely a solid choice for a fun trip.
